These terms apply when you use shopthedogface.com and buy from The Dog Face. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them together with our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy.

1. About us

The Dog Face is an independent brand of jackets for dogs, not affiliated with The North Face. You can contact us at info@shopthedogface.com.

2. Products and sizing

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Each jacket has its own size guide: please measure your dog before ordering. If you’re unsure, write to us.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your country. Taxes, duties and shipping costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we’ll contact you before processing the order and you can choose whether to continue.

4. Your order

After you place an order, we’ll email you an order confirmation. If we can’t fulfil your order, for example because an item is unavailable, we’ll let you know and refund any payment in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is described in our shipping policy. Exchanges, returns and refunds are described in our refund policy.

6. Using our website

Please don’t misuse the website, for example by trying to access it in ways that aren’t intended or by using it for anything unlawful. The content of the website (text, photos, logos and design) belongs to The Dog Face and can’t be reused without our permission.

We’re responsible for the products we sell as described in these terms and as required by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
