Refund policy

We want your dog to love their jacket. If the size isn’t right or you change your mind, you can exchange or return it.

30 days to exchange or return

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for an exchange or a return. Items must be unworn (apart from trying them on), unwashed and in their original condition, with any labels still attached.

Free size exchanges

If the size doesn’t fit, email us with your order number and the size you need. We’ll send you the new size at no extra cost.

Return shipping is on us

We cover the cost of sending your return back to us. Email us first and we’ll send you the return instructions; please don’t post items back without contacting us, so we can match your parcel to your order.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. If you return your whole order, we also refund the original standard shipping cost. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund.

Faulty or wrong items

If your jacket arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund you in full. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Your legal rights

If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. Our 30-day returns window already covers this.
