Shipping policy

We ship our jackets to the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union and Switzerland. Here’s what to expect once you place an order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders of 60 or more in your currency (€60, £60, $60 or CHF 60). Below that, standard shipping costs:

• Italy and the European Union: €5.90
• Switzerland: CHF 6.90
• United Kingdom: £4.90
• United States: $5.90

You’ll always see the shipping cost at checkout, before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates: they can be a little longer during busy periods or if a parcel is held for customs checks.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes

Any taxes or duties included in your order are shown at checkout. For deliveries outside the European Union, local import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s rules; if they weren’t included at checkout, the carrier may collect them on delivery.

Late, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, email us at info@shopthedogface.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
